Have a large group? Want a welcoming, private environment for everyone to hang out? Then a traditional hotel just won’t cut it - but The HOUSE will!

Enjoy access to the entire HOUSE and all that it has to offer for $1500/night + taxes.

With 3 chaperone rooms and 2 bunk rooms, the whole HOUSE sleeps 30-32 guests comfortably.

  • The whole HOUSE is an especially good fit for large sports teams and school groups. By keeping everyone in the same space, trip organizers can rest easy knowing everyone is included and accounted for at all times.

    For mixed-gender school and retreat groups and smaller male and female sports teams that travel together, renting the entire HOUSE also provides you with the flexibility to segregate the space by gender. This unique setup allows your group to stick together while guaranteeing separation overnight, something a traditional hotel often cannot offer.

Enjoy access to the main floor and upstairs of The HOUSE for $1050/night + taxes.

With 2 chaperone rooms and 1 large bunk room, the Large Nest sleeps 18-20 guests comfortably.

Want your small group to stick together? Skip splitting up into separate hotel rooms and come stay in the Small Nest.

Enjoy access to the lower level of The HOUSE for $450/night + taxes.

With 1 chaperone room and 1 mid-sized bunk room, the Large Nest sleeps 10-12 guests comfortably.

Get ready for The HOUSE’s brand new sauna and cold plunges, coming Fall 2025! This addition to the north side of the building will allow our guests to take their recovery and relaxation to the next level. Stay tuned for updates!

Teambuilding Events

Mental Excellence

  • Enhance individual and group performance with a session designed to help young athletes learn and adopt techniques to harness the power of a positive mental outlook and building resilience after loss. Build a champion’s mindset with daily habits and practices.

  • Duration: 60-90 mins

    Minimum number of participants: 8

    Cost per participant: $35 plus taxes

    ​Can be combined with Supplementation for Young Athletes or Protein Power Up for an additional $10 / athlete. Additional duration of 45 - 60 min.

Game Nights

  • Looking for a simple, economical way to connect with your team? Let our event hosts facilitate an evening of fun and games in our creative and inviting environment. It’s also a great opportunity to gather to review game tape and strategize for the season.

  • Duration: 60mins of facilitation, 2.5 hours total

    Minimum number of participants: 8

    Cost per participant: $30 + taxes

Smoothies + Supplements Education Session

  • This interactive session involves education from our expert partners at Supplement World to help athletes (and parents / coaches) understand the healthy use of supplements and the risks of non certified products. Athletes have the opportunity to sample and create a variety of smoothies using proteins and whole foods to fuel their performance. This experience includes exclusive SW swag ($13.00 value) games and prizes!

  • Duration: 45-60 mins

    Minimum number of participants: 8

    Cost per participant: $35 plus taxes

    ​Can be combined with Mental Excellence or Protein Power Up for an additional $10 / athlete. Additional duration of 45 - 60 min.

Team Building Bundle

  • Ready to level up? Book this intensive team retreat that includes a combination of curated experiences to fuse your team into a cohesive unit ready to conquer the season. Includes two facilitated team building events and an overnight stay at The HOUSE. Meals add-ons available upon request.

  • Minimum number of participants: 14

    Cost per participant: $90 + taxes 

Custom Swag Making

  • You dream it - we can make it! Choose from a variety of team swag or novelty items to create signature pieces for your team’s season. Options include t-shirts, hoodies, pennants, aprons, pillowcases or items for your fan club! We will provide a variety of appliqués that participants weed and apply to their selected item.  The item is heat-pressed at the end of the session - creating professional and unique team merch!

  • Duration: 60-90 mins

    Minimum number of participants: 8

Souper Power Nights

  • This is a perfect corporate team-building event or mom’s night out! Enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks and then strap on your apron to prepare soup with the volunteer support of Huskie athletes. Not only will you enjoy some delicious soup, but output will also be delivered to Adele House to support women fleeing domestic violence. Want a bigger win? The balance of the proceeds are donated to Huskie athletics to fund scholarships for female athletes!

  • Minimum number of participants: 8

    Cost per participant: $90 plus taxes

Day Rentals

Looking for the perfect spot to cook, collab and connect on a weekday?  Curate your own perfect event in the Large Nest at our facility.

Evening Rental - 5 pm - 10 pm - $350

Daily Rental - 9 am - 5 pm - $600

Includes WIFI, Smart TV, white board, private parking lot, popcorn, coffee & tea as well as access to all kitchen amenities.
