The HOUSE is a unique offering in the hospitality world offering the comforts of home combined with camp style bunk rooms to allow teams or groups to truly stay collectively. The space also offers separate chaperone rooms, and multiple bathrooms designed to maximize both patrons and privacy.
The heart of The HOUSE is the extensive kitchen and gathering space for your exclusive use. The kitchen is designed for large group usage. There are no extra charges for the large communal gathering spaces.
Bring your own "team mom" or let us pamper you. Every detail has been curated to help you get the best rest in our nest - all bunks have curtains for privacy and individual reading lights.

In addition to our signature "collective stay" experience, we have built in elevated commercial ventilation and fire safety protections to give your large group the security and peace of mind not available in a conventional residential home. The facility is also equipped with a state of the art, monitored security system to further ensure your comfort and protection. It is not your typical "house" - it is MUCH more! This will change the way your group or team will travel.
SMALL NEST- offering 8 bunks + 1 separate chaperone room, kitchen / dining area and two jack and jill bathrooms!
LARGE NEST- offering 16 bunks + 2 separate chaperone bedrooms, large locker style bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and mudroom!
ENTIRE BIRDHOUSE - spread your wings and occupy the whole space for a total of 24 bunks + 3 chaperone rooms. Have the run of The HOUSE from top to bottom!

No need to dine out. Our fully equipped kitchen allows for home-cooked meals and easy access to healthy snacks. Bring your own grub, or have our hosts stock up for you!

Rest up for the big game! Teammates can stretch out on their individual bunk beds with curtains for added privacy.

Concierge services available to meet the needs of hungry athletes. We can stock the kitchen, prep the meals, and provide snacks.

"Creating The HOUSE is my passion project, culminating from my experiences as a home builder, designer, retreat organizer, hostess and mom. Nothing brings me greater joy than curating an environment that brings people together, for connection, growth, and celebration. The lessons learned through “team building” last a lifetime, and shape more productive, successful people. My vision is to provide an environment for enhanced group travel, fostering collective performance and personal growth."
