Protein Power Up
This session is perfect for athletes who are seeking to enhance their protein intake in addition to whole foods. During this hands on event, participants make and sample various snacks that utilize safe for sport protein supplements and standard kitchen ingredients to create power boosting foods!

This session is a perfect add on to the Supplementation for Young Athletes event.
Duration: 30-45 mins
Minimum number of participants: 8
Cost per participant: $35 plus taxes

Can be combined with Supplementation for Young Athletes or Mental Excellence for an additional $10 / athlete. Additional duration of 45 - 60 min.
